I've often suspect that Dewey might be harbouring a dark side, or that maybe he's Sauron's evil twin. I mean, they share quite the strong resemblence, and an obsession with rings. What other hobbies might they share?

Well, we've learned that Dewey has a thing for eating grapes. Not sure where this came from, but he'll happily munch away at one for quite some time.

Dewey Takes a Bath

Dewey's quarantine period is over, and as one of his first birdy acts has been to take a long overdue bath:

Dewey has finally arrived at his new home! It was a long trip from Hamilton, OH to Bloomington, IN, but after a few car-related mishaps he finally made it!

Doctor Koch, Dewey's veterinarian, gave our little guy a full checkup. Dewey is doing great! His bloodwork came back as proper as can be, his feathers look great, and his beak and mouth are perfectly healthy. So now all he has to do is put up with a month-long quarantine, and then he will finally get to meet the shocking face behind the cheech in the other room.
